The club for very young children and their adults no longer meets on a Friday morning, Instead, Jessica Blue and Victoria Kenton are proposing organising specific family events around the festivals, which would be held at the week-ends so that that the whole family can participate.

The Friendship Club meets every Monday between 11am and 3pm. The Club, with over 60 members, provides lunch as well as armchair exercises and entertainment. The Club is very popular, and for some members who have difficulty getting around, it is their weekly opportunity to socialise in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Transport is arranged through Dial-a-Ride and volunteer drivers.
